The Star of the Sea Parish Council in St. Catharines, Ontario was very proud to present the 75 year pin to Phyllis Carter. Pictured with Phyllis is the parish council president, Connie Tracey and National 1st Vice President and Communications Chair, Betty Colaneri. Several CWL members attended Mass at the nursing home to witness and congratulate Phyllis on this awesome achievement.
